Baltimore Ravens -3 over CINCINNATI BENGALS
Making a bet based on revenge is rarely a good idea in the NFL since players in the NFL generally get up for every game regardless of the situation. That being said, the Ravens have to want this one more than most after losing to the Bengals at home. As I stated when I took the over in this game, the Ravens have been scoring a lot of points and I think this trend will continue. The Cincinnati Bengals have played well on defense most of the year, but they are now without Antwan Odom who injured his achilles in their game against the Texans. While this was not a factor in their 45-10 thumping of the Bears, I think that it will be today, just as it was in their 28-17 loss to the Texans. The Ravens have a suspect pass defense, but have played fairly well against run and I think they will be able to slow down Cedric Benson who has been a work horse for the Bengals this year. This division race is going to be a tight one and the Ravens cant afford to go 0-2 against the Bengals. The favorite is 11-5 ATS in the series and the straight up winner is 25-2 ATS. Cincinnati us 8-16 after a straight up win vs an NFC foe (they beat the Bears in their last game). I’m going to lay the points on the road and Crush the Man!
